Welcome to the Texas Christian University Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment registration site!

Attention: Women registering for TCU Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment should use their TCU email address to sign up and must complete their registration in one sitting.

Please be prepared to upload each of the following items:
1. A final transcript reflecting all high school and college courses taken up to this point. Transcripts must include a cumulative GPA. If you have multiple transcripts, you must merge them into a single PDF document. If you need assistance, please see the instructions on our website (https://tcupanhellenic.com/registration).

2. A single PDF document containing your one-page resume and personality slide. Instructions for how to complete your personality slide should be carefully followed and can be found on our website (https://tcupanhellenic.com/registration). Resumes should be inclusive of high school and college experiences, if applicable. Items you might include in your resume are your involvement, activities, leadership positions, work experience, service to the community, honors and awards.

3. A current photo of you pictured individually and at a close distance- headshots are preferred to full-length photographs

4. Information regarding involvement and activities

All required information is especially critical because it is used by the chapters to make their invitations following Round 1/Open House. All submissions are final and no edits can be made to Potential New Member (PNM) registration forms. Please
read and agree to all of the following terms prior to registration:

  • The registration fee for Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment 2023 is $125. Please have a credit card on hand when you register.
  • Per University and Panhellenic requirements, to be eligible for Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, you must meet the following membership criteria:
    • Enrolled at TCU for a minimum of twelve (12) semester credit hours and have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
    • Academic performance is a top priority of our Panhellenic sororities as evidenced by their cumulative community GPA of a 3.565 last fall. Potential New Members (PNMs) with a cumulative GPA falling below a 3.0 may have a less than desirable recruitment experience. PNMs in this situation should carefully consider their academic record before signing up.
  • PNMs must read, understand, and agree to all terms and expectations as outlined in the Potential New Member Code of Conduct, which can be found on the Panhellenic website (https://tcupanhellenic.com/registration). Any Potential New Member found violating University alcohol/drug policy, the TCU Code of Student Conduct, or state/federal law from the time of registration through the distribution of bids at the completion of recruitment is subject to removal from the recruitment process without the chance to appeal.
  • You MUST upload a current picture, a one-page resume, Personality Slide, and a copy of your final high school transcript. Transfer, upper division students and/or those with college credit must also include their college transcript(s). All transcripts must be converted into one cohesive PDF document. Resumes and Personality Slides must be combined into one PDF document. If you need assistance, please see the instructions on our website (https://tcupanhellenic.com/registration).
  • Students on academic probation or disciplinary probation are not eligible to participate in Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment.
  • We do NOT offer refunds on the registration fee if you decide not to participate in recruitment, decide to no longer attend TCU, are ineligible due to GPA, disciplinary, or enrollment requirements, withdraw or are released from the process, or for any other reason.
  • PNMs are required to attend the virtual Potential New Member Welcome Meeting and viewing of Round 1 Chapter Videos on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. This part of recruitment will be fully virtual and should be completed from home or remotely. PNMs should not arrive to TCU early in order to complete this. Please save the entire day and evening to allow time for the required activities and prepare to be in a quiet space with reliable WiFi and a connection to a power source to ensure you can engage in this imporant day of Panhellenic Recruitment activities.
  • During Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, PNMs must view all required videos and attend all of the events to which they are invited or they may choose to withdraw from the process altogether. Failure to attend all events will result in removal from the formal recruitment process.
  • By completing this form, you authorize Texas Christian University, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, and the TCU Panhellenic Council and its chapters to verify academic eligibility and access all information provided in this application. Please note that the disclosure of health information can only be accessed by TCU staff and council recruitment personnel.
